Our Vietnam Mountain Elopement Package includes everything from cozy accommodation through Hair and Makeup and a bouquet to photography and videography. All this in a wonderful little town in Northwest Vietnam, Sapa, lying amidst the mountainous region and surrounded by beautiful green terraced rice fields. This small town is definitely an absolute treat to visit and why not make it the starting point of your VietnamElopement.
We pick you up in the morning from Hanoi and drive you to your cozy homestays in the mountains. After checking in and having breakfast, you will get ready for your Vietnam Mountain Elopement. Then we do the first look photos, followed by heading out to your ceremony location at the mountain. After doing the vow exchange, enjoying the beautiful nature, and doing the portraits, we head back to your hotel, where you can have lunch and dinner and enjoy the rest after your elopement day.

Hello, I am Thang.
Your Vietnam Elopement photographer. Also husband to my gorgeous wife Xuan and father to my fantastic daughter Nguyen Anh. I was born in Hanoi – Vietnam. I had fallen in love with photography.
I began as a wedding photographer in 2017 as a part-time job and a hobby. Then, I quit my engineering career in 2019 and became a full-time destination wedding photographer.
Photography is so much more than just taking photos. I am getting to know so many beautiful souls out there because of photography. So many beautiful moments were captured forever, not only in our hearts!

Your itinerary can be adjusted according to the number of hours, activities, or additional locations you’d like to explore for your Vietnam Elopement Wedding.
6:00 am Head to Sapa from Hanoi city
11:00 am Check-in accommodation (if possible, check-in soon)

Your Vietnam Mountain Elopement - Comments
Your Vietnam Mountain Elopement is carried out under all weather conditions, even if it rains.
Your elopement in Vietnam will take place outdoors, ensuring that no matter the weather, romance and magic will always be present. Sapa, located in northwest Vietnam, sits at an elevation of 1,500–1,800m above sea level, with an average temperature of 15–18°C.
There are different types of activities that can be scheduled in advance, such as hiking, walking, swimming, etc. The ceremony takes place at a spot where the mountain and landscape provide the perfect ambiance for a romantic vow exchange.
Keep in mind that North Vietnam gets very crowded in summer, especially at scenic spots. Winter runs from late November to February, making it ideal for a misty or cloudy Vietnam elopement. Autumn (October-November) showcases the region’s beauty with pleasant temperatures, long days, and vibrant fall colors in the trees, valleys, and waterfalls.

A 15% deposit is payable directly to this platform to secure your date. Adventure Wedding Platform’s 21-day money-back guarantee applies.
50% of the whole sum is due after the video call with the vendor together with signing the contract.
The remaining balance is due after your Vietnam Elopement Wedding.

Your Vietnam Mountain Elopement Wedding - Tips & Infos
You will need to travel from your local city to Hanoi City for your Vietnam Mountain Elopement. Please share your flight itinerary with us so we can pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel/accommodation in Sapa.
It’s advisable to stay in Hanoi City for a night and explore the city. In the morning of the next day, we will come to pick you up and take you to the venue and prepare for the make-up and hairstyle, get ready, and vow exchange.
The journey is approximately four hours from Hanoi City to Sapa.
It will be easier for you to move freely through the region, stopping along the itinerary to enjoy the view and take awesome shots. Also, it will be the best drive ever on iconic roads and mountain passes.
