Peyto Lake Elopement Picnic | Banff

Peyto Lake Elopement - Banff

Dreaming of Canada’s beautiful aquamarine-colored lakes, rugged mountain peaks, glaciers, wildlife, and a romantic picnic next to one of those stunning lakes? Well, this Peyto Lake Elopement is just for you!

There is not a lot of hiking or getting sweaty involved, but still, some of the best iconic views the Canadian Rocky Mountains have to offer without worrying about being a sweaty mess after hiking for hours or breaking the bank account, flying in a helicopter to out-of-reach mountaintops.

After saying vows (legal, private, or both) above Alberta’s stunning lake shaped like a wolf, we will explore the area for some breathtaking photos and then head to the infamous Lake Louise for another photo session around the lake. A personalized catered picnic will be set up Lake Louise for the two of you to enjoy and just revel in the beautiful surroundings. We will finish off your Peyto Lake Elopement with a champagne toast by the lake.

Meet your Banff Elopement Photographer in Canada

Moraine Lake Elopemet Photographer

I am Kelly, your dedicated Banff elopement photographer in the Rocky Mountains and a storyteller at heart. I have always had a camera in my hand to take photos of something. My love for photography and telling stories is a huge part of who I am. I probably need a t-shirt or tattoo that says, “I see the world through my lens”! Heck, I even schedule photo shoots in new places when I am on vacation!

So let’s tell your love story together, shall we?

A few things that I love:

Photography
Horses & Dogs
The Mountains
The Ocean
Reading Thriller novels
True Crime podcasts
Mini donuts
Sea Turtles
Travel
Sunsets
Adventures

I eloped, so I am biased and think it’s the best way to get married…especially if you choose the mountains to do it in! I have been featured in a few Wedding Publications, and my specialty is capturing the love, laughter, and tears of couples who are madly in love and want a unique experience that is all about them and their love story!

I am also a carefree, go-with-the-flow photographer who easily pivots when weather or situations throw a curve ball so you still have an amazing day and get the best experience possible.

This job is a gift I am grateful for every day: getting to meet couples, learn all about them, and create a magical day filled with unforgettable experiences they will cherish throughout their lifetime together!

Xoxo

Peyto Lake Elopement - Tipps & Infos

Your Peyto Lake Elopement is not super exerting (the small hike up to Peyto Lake is very easy for most levels of fitness and accessibility/mobility/ages). You still require good footwear for rugged terrain, layers that can be worn under your wedding attire if needed, as well as a warm, waterproof coat, as the weather in the mountains is always unpredictable, and you can experience multiple seasons in one day across locations.
