North Cascades Elopement - Tipps & Infos
The closest airport is in Bellingham (BLI), but you’ll most likely want to fly into Sea-Tac (SEA) for your North Cascades elopement. Arrive to the area as early as you can, so you have time to adjust to any time zone changes, unpack, and relax before your big day. I recommend flying in at least 2 days before your Adventure Wedding in Washington.
Depending on which area your chose for your North Cascades elopement, you’ll most likely look for lodging in Glacier, Marblemount, or Winthrop. I highly recommend not booking any lodging until your elopement location has been selected to cut down on drive time during your wedding day!
Bring proper footwear with good tread like hiking boots, and plenty of layers to your North Cascades elopement. Mountain weather is unpredictable, even in summer, so bring layers you’ll be excited to have your pictures taken in! Hydrate well beforehand and bring plenty of water for the hike.
