Your Cape Town Elopement Host
My name is Louise and specialize in Cape Town elopements and destination weddings to South Africa.
I love to visit the Cape, particularly Cape Town and the Winelands. It is such a beautiful area and there is always something interesting and fun to do and so many great wine farms to visit. As a setting for an elopement, it’s breathtaking and unique.
My philosophy is that a wedding is about the marriage and you sharing your love and commitment and making promises to each other. Your elopement should be a fun, stress-free day that you will remember for years to come. All you need to do is arrive and have a good time during your Cape Town Elopement. I take care of the planning and management for you. I also work with the best people who share my philosophy and who are fun to work with.
My go-to Cape Town Elopement photographers are Andre & Selma, a dynamic married couple who love photographing weddings. They are creative and energetic and so much fun to work with! With a slightly off-beat, sometimes alternative approach to their work, they intend to look beyond the ordinary and create something extraordinary.
Your Cape Town Elopement Itinerary
The exact times of your Cape Town elopement itinerary depend on the time of the sunset. These are rough time estimates for your Winelands Wedding Package in South Africa.
3:30 pm – Start getting dressed and ready for your Cape Town Elopement ceremony later in the afternoon. This will include hair and makeup for the bride(s) as well as quick solo photo shoots for the couple while getting ready and before the ceremony. Allow 1,5 hours for this.
5:00 pm – We’ll start with a first look so that you can see each other looking amazing and ready to get married.
We will then move to the ceremony area. The marriage officer will perform your Cape Town elopement ceremony. Once done, you will toast each other with a cold glass of local bubbly.
5:30 pm – We then do the newly-wed couple shoot in the area
7:00 pm- Once the sun has gone down, we will return to the farm or your accommodation, where you will sit down to a romantic South African style dinner for two.
Comments about your Cape Winelands Wedding Package
Your Cape Town Elopement is carried out under all weather conditions, even if it rains, though we will have to move the ceremony inside.
We can adapt the timing of your Cape Winelands Wedding program– we can make it longer, shorter or split over two days, to increase the amount of time to take couple’s photos.
You are welcome to extend your stay on either side of your Cape Town Elopement day, at your own cost. You are also welcome to invite guests, at your own cost.
The exact Cape Winelands Wedding Package price is subject to rules of the chosen wine farm/accommodation. Please inquire before making a reservation.
