Your Positano Elopement - Tips & Infos
If you plan to elope in Positano, you can fly into either Rome (Fiumicino Airport) or Naples (Capodichino Airport). From there, you can travel by train (Italo or Trenitalia), rent a car (make sure to include insurance and an international driver’s permit), or use taxis, as Uber is not widely available. Public transportation is not very reliable, so having your own vehicle or arranging private transfers is recommended during your Positano wedding.
After your Positano elopement ceremony, we’ll take a stroll around town or your villa for a few photos. Then, we’ll either board a private boat for a 1.5-hour tour of the coast’s most scenic spots or hop into a vintage car for a ride through some of the area’s most beautiful viewpoints.
The Amalfi Coast is usually hot in the summer, so if you’re eloping in Positano, Italy, don’t forget to bring sunscreen and plenty of water to stay hydrated during your Positano wedding. The streets can be narrow and crowded, so it’s best to plan your transportation in advance.
