Meet your Sedona Elopement Photographer

sedona elopement photographerHi, I am Krissy!

I am an elopement photographer in based in Arizona. My goal is to help offbeat, eccentric, goofy, and fun-loving couples say “I do” with a view. I do this by getting to know you and your partner and how you love. From there I help you curate your special day to be an experience of a life and to have the photos to prove it. I am here to be your support, advisor, photographer, and friend when it comes to the most intimate and exciting parts of your day. That’s why I created this off-road wedding elopement in Sedona for you.

My Approach:

I approach each wedding elopement with a goal to exude a loving and exciting presence when I first arrive. I want you to feel at peace and happy during our time together, which why I will serve as a type of guide during the day. I will give prompts, ask questions, and say something funny in a way that feels natural and comfortable.

I am here to tell the truth of the day, of your wedding elopement in Sedona.
I do so by taking time to watch how you interact with each other, being conscious to read the room, and aware of certain emotions you may display throughout the day. I want your photos to reflect the experience that you had.

How do you approach a wedding day? I crave intimacy when I shoot an elopement. I find that there is pure magic when you are with your loved ones, witnessing you marry the person you love the most. There is an air of rebellion and freedom that comes with being non-traditional and doing things your way. It makes the moments even more special when you have the space and time to curate a day that feels real to you. No performance, no fluff, just pure unadulterated love.

I wanna tell the truth about one of the best days of your life. If that is something that speak to you, then let’s get started with your off-road wedding elopement in Sedona!

Off-Road Wedding Elopement in Sedona - Tipps & Infos

If you’re traveling to Sedona for your off-road wedding elopement by plane, there are two options for airports nearby.

The Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) is small, and I only recommend it if you fly with American Airlines or United. The airport is in Flagstaff, about a 50 minute drive from Sedona.

The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is usually a better option, with more flights! It’s serviced by all the major airlines, and is much bigger than the tiny local airport. From here, it takes about 2.5 hours to drive to Sedona, but traffic conditions can vary.  (you must book your own transportation from the airport to Sedona), which is about 2 hours’ drive away.

You must book your accommodation for your off-road wedding elopement in Sedona yourself. Sedona has plenty of accommodation options. (Unexpected weather such as snow and rain can occur in mountainous areas.)

Drink plenty of water. Altitude sickness is real. The best way to combat it is to drink plenty of water.

Wear good shoes! Feel free to bring and wear high heels. Comfortable walking shoes or tennis shoes for your off-road wedding elopement in Sedona are recommended.
