Your Glacier Wedding - Itinerary
12:00 pm – Meet up for getting ready photos. 1:30 pm – Meet at Outbound Heli for a safety briefing. Load the helicopter and take off for your glacier wedding in Alaska adventure! 2:00 pm – Land on the glacier to exchange vows and take in the breathtaking scenery. Option to go glacier paddling in a blue pool or visit more locations. Enjoy a picnic, pop some champagne, and explore! 6:00 pm – Land back at the property and sign the marriage license. You’re officially married! Grab some food in town before heading off to another location. 8:00 pm – Head into the mountains for a hike or just relax. Enjoy a celebratory drink or dessert, go for another hike, or simply unwind and take in the views.
Your Heli Elopement - Comments
There is a possibility to reschedule your glacier wedding in Alaska by +-2 days if conditions are unsuitable for flying.
The trail snacks, the picnic lunch, and the a champagne is exclusive for the couples only.
LGBTQ+ friendly: I believe everyone is an adventurer and deserves to love freely.
There is a possibility to get legally married: I can sign as your officiant, or your pilot can serve as the officiant for your glacier wedding in Alaska ceremony. I can also recommend officiants or assist in getting a family member or friend ordained.
Be sure to file your marriage license application ahead of time. After your glacier wedding in Alaska, return it by mail within three days to receive your marriage certificate. It’s a straightforward and relatively easy process if you allow at least a month to submit the initial application for your marriage license.

Your helicopter can hold 300 lbs per seat, with the maximum weight capacity depending on the pilot. If we exceed the weight limit, we will need to upgrade to a larger helicopter.
It’s important to bring the right layers for your heli elopement adventure. In the summer months, pack a rain jacket in case of bad weather, and in the winter, bring warm layers and good gloves. Your custom packing list will provide more details based on the month you elope!
Be excited and stay open to any Plan B that may come your way. Going with the flow and allowing nature to do its thing will help reduce stress and make your heli elopement day even more fun!
Your Heli Elopement - Add-ons
Guests (up to 20 people) can join your glacier wedding in Alaska for 600 USD per person. This includes a seat on the helicopter charter with one landing and an hour in the backcountry. Additional time and landings are available for an extra fee. Please note that you are responsible for covering any additional expenses for your guests.
