12:30 – Pick up at your hotel or salon. The SUV can accommodate up to 4 people, with additional guests able to join, though separate transport will be required for the guests.
13:00 – Legal or symbolic ceremony can be held at a private fjord venue or a mountaintop location. Your Fjord Wedding ceremony can be officiated by the Mayor, a Humanist officiant, or a symbolic celebrant.
13:30 – Non-alcoholic champagne, wedding cake, lunch, and photographs.
15:30 – SUV photoshoot adventure high in the mountains, stopping at the best viewpoints for stunning bridal portraits. At the top of the mountain, enjoy a photoshoot that captures breathtaking fjord views. Photography ideas include the bouquet toss, a 10-meter wedding veil, your first dance, champagne spray, and more, ensuring your Wedding in Norway memories are as extraordinary as the setting.
16:30 – I suggest arriving at your accommodation with plenty of time to rest, relax, and refresh before your Fjord Wedding. This will also give you the opportunity to connect with family who aren’t able to join you, ensuring you feel calm and centered before your Fjord Wedding.
18:30 – Transfer for dinner
19:00 – Enjoy a 3-course dinner experience during your Wedding in Norway, complete with photography, decorations, transfers, and catering, ensuring an unforgettable celebration.

There is a possibility to get legally married: I offer both legal ceremonies and symbolic celebrations. If you choose a legal Fjord Wedding ceremony, we provide a PDF guide on how to apply for the required Certificate of Non-Impediment (CNI). From our past experiences, I have achieved a 100% success rate.
Foreigners wishing to get legally married in Norway need a Certificate of Non-Impediment (CNI), which is valid for 4 months. The CNI processing takes 6-8 weeks, in addition to 15 days for shipping to Norway and customs clearance, plus the time needed to gather and certify your documents. Some clients have experienced delays in their home countries, and customs can also cause delays, so it’s important to start planning this process early.

Your Fjord Wedding - Tips & Info
We’ve partnered with three local hotels and will handle your accommodation. To ensure you’re prepared for your Fjord Wedding, we recommend booking early as Flåm and Aurland are popular tourist destinations and accommodations are always fully booked.
Fly to Bergen International Airport, about 2.5 hours from Aurland. Alternatively, you can fly to Oslo, which is about 4.5 hours away. We can arrange airport transfers from both airports, or you can take a bus or train to Aurland.
Once your accommodation is booked, check the weather forecast for your Fjord Wedding day. Norway winters are snowy and cold, so bring warm clothes. In spring and autumn, wind- and waterproof layers are essential as the weather can be unpredictable. We recommend thermal underwear, a fleece or sweater, and a waterproof, windproof jacket. Comfortable, waterproof shoes are a must. Don’t forget a hat, gloves, and a scarf for chilly evenings.
Weather in the fjords can change rapidly, but we’re prepared for all conditions with blankets, skins, open fires, tents, barns, and clear wedding umbrellas. We’ll have everything covered for you. For the ceremony, we can make last-minute decisions, waiting for the rain to stop if needed. For the photoshoot, we stay flexible, usually avoiding the rain. Backup plans are in place for dinner.
We do not serve alcoholic drinks, so feel free to bring your own or order and have them delivered. We recommend using Vinmonopolet, Norway’s state-owned monopoly for wine and spirits, which exclusively sells spirits, wine, and strong beer.
Your officiant will perform the ceremony anywhere you choose, whether in nature or at one of our private venues.
For mountaintop locations, we use subtle decorations to blend with the natural surroundings. If you prefer, you can opt for a Viking theme, with wood-inspired decorations that perfectly suit the Norwegian fjord landscape.
Your Fjord Wedding Package - Add-ons
Guests (up to 20 people) can attend your Norway Wedding for 265 USD per person, including drinks, wedding cake, lunch, and dinner. A maximum of 4 guests can ride in the photographer’s SUV. Additional guests can drive themselves, or we can arrange minivan/minibus transportation (approx. 300-400 USD per person). We can also arrange transfers from Bergen airport and provide a quote after booking, as prices vary.
