Next, we’ll hop in a taxi to one of Barcelona’s most romantic spots: the Labyrinth Park. This hidden gem, the city’s oldest garden, provides a picturesque setting for your intimate ceremony. With a wedding officiant on hand, we’ll celebrate your love and capture stunning photos in this magical location.

My name is Valentina and I am a professional elopement planner! I am originally Italian, but my lifestyle and personality are very much shaped by my multicultural upbringing and experiences abroad.
I have lived in many different countries such as India, Russia, France, Senegal, and Brazil… but I finally fell in love and settled down in Spain! Barcelona is very easy to fall in love with! I started working as a wedding planner and celebrant more than 5 years ago, and I have a passion for small and intimate ceremonies!

Itinerary of your Barcelona Intimate Wedding in Labyrinth Park
You can choose to have your intimate wedding in Barcelona either in the morning or afternoon. However, we highly recommend a morning ceremony to avoid the crowds in these popular locations.
We’ll start by meeting at your accommodation for some getting-ready photos and to capture your First Look. From there, we’ll head to the stunning Cathedral of Barcelona for some beautiful shots outside this iconic monument.
Our journey continues with a stroll through the enchanting Gothic Quarter. As we wander through the narrow streets of the old town, we’ll capture magical moments in some of Barcelona’s most charming spots.
Next, we’ll take a taxi to the Labyrinth Park, located on the northern edge of the city. Here, amidst the beauty of Barcelona’s oldest garden, we’ll have a symbolic wedding ceremony.
After celebrating with some Spanish-style champagne, we’ll continue taking breathtaking photos in Labyrinth Park until the end of the experience.

Comments about your Barcelona Intimate Wedding Package
Ceremony: Experience the romance of a symbolic, personalized ceremony in Barcelona, crafted to reflect your unique love story. This 20-minute ceremony, while not legally binding, will be a heartfelt celebration of your commitment.
Itinerary and Timeline: We will work with you to create a customized itinerary and timeline, aligning your wishes with our expertise. Our recommendation is to hold the ceremony close to sunrise or sunset for the best outdoor lighting.
Permits and Planning: Please note that Labyrinth Park requires a special permit, which must be requested at least 2 months in advance. We will handle this for you, but last-minute weddings may not be possible at this location.
There is no possibility to get legally married in Spain as a foreigner, unless you live there.
We are LGBTQ Friendly.
Payment Schedule:
15% deposit payable directly through the platform to secure your date.
50% after the first video call, payable directly to the vendor.
The final amount is due one month before your elopement, payable directly to the vendor.

How to prepare for your Barcelona Intimate Wedding at Labyrinth Park
As a top ten leisure destination in Europe, Barcelona is very well-connected to both the rest of Spain and the rest of the world. Once you are in the city, the best way to get around is on foot. Especially in the historical center, which is mostly pedestrian-friendly. Otherwise, the metro and buses are easy to navigate and taxis are not too expensive.
A coordinator will be with you on your elopement day, and you will be able to enjoy your intimate wedding experience fully, without stressing out about the schedule or coordination of vendors.
Optional Add-ons
Guests (of up to 10 people) can join your Barcelona Intimate Wedding for an additional fee of USD 50 per guest. However, they will need to arrange for their expenses or have them covered by the couple.
