Hi! I'm Lorryn - your new friend. 14 years ago, I arrived in South Korea full of ambition and excitement for what lay ahead. As the weeks went by, it wasn't long until my love affair with the culture began to blossom and take root deep within me; a connection that only grew stronger when I started learning Korean to connect with people. The beauty of this place has filled me with awe every day - enough certainly worth capturing on camera! When 2014 came around something clicked: that's when my first professional camera entered into life, setting off a chain reaction resulting in where we are now... I've always been the one to notice and remember the enchantment of small details. I find joy in the beautiful moments of everyday life - the smell of freshly brewed coffee, the sight of a dog blissfully walking down the street, taking in the charming views of the Korean countryside. It fills me with an overwhelming sense of contentment and delight. There's something so special about watching joy manifest in such innocent, carefree moments - it makes everything seem somehow brighter and more beautiful.
