  Meet at the agreed location. We’ll meet either at Monti Sartorius for a peaceful, forested setting or at Rifugio Sapienza if you prefer a dramatic, volcanic landscape. We’ll do a quick check-in, share the plan for the afternoon, and get ready to begin.

  Scenic walk to a panoramic viewpoint. Enjoy a relaxed walk together through the natural beauty of Etna.

• 4:00 PM

  Photo shoot among Etna’s wild landscapes. Begin your photo session surrounded by raw nature and volcanic charm.

• 5:00 PM

  Intimate vow exchange (if desired). A quiet, emotional moment to exchange your promises.

• 6:00 PM

  Golden hour and sunset photos. As the sun dips behind the volcano, we’ll capture the warm light and soft shadows that make this time of day so magical, perfect for glowing portraits and emotional close-ups.

The timing is flexible during your wedding in Sicily, but in summer, the afternoon light is especially beautiful. In winter, mornings can also be a wonderful option. We’re happy to adjust the schedule to suit your preferences.

Ceremony Venue

If you’re looking for a more wooded and intimate atmosphere, we recommend the trail known as Monti Sartorius, where you’ll walk through peaceful forests and gentle paths shaped by ancient eruptions. For a more dramatic, surreal, and almost lunar landscape, we can meet in the Rifugio Sapienza area, surrounded by vast lava fields and panoramic views.

Your vow exchange in Sicily will be held in a stunning open-air setting, surrounded by nature, with no extra cost.

Please note that transportation to the meeting point is not included. You are responsible for reaching the designated location on your own during your wedding in Sicily. However, if you’re interested in exploring the summit craters, we can help arrange a guided excursion that includes transportation to the highest accessible refuge via specialized vehicles.
