Yes, the itinerary is flexible — but we primarily build the day around sunset. The ceremony is timed so that the golden-hour walk that follows lands at the most beautiful light over the Garonne and Pont Neuf. Exact start time shifts with the season. Sunrise ceremonies are possible on request but less iconic for Toulouse, since the city's pink brick truly glows at sunset. The order and pacing of getting ready, first look, ceremony, and toast can be adjusted to suit your story — as long as everything fits within the 5-hour coverage window.

Ceremony Venue

The ceremony takes place in a private palace-style salon inside La Cour des Consuls, a 5-star historic hôtel particulier in central Toulouse where you'll also be staying. This means your entire day flows from one location — no transfers, no logistics: getting ready in your suite, first look in the courtyard, ceremony in the salon, toast and portraits all within the same venue. Booking your stay at La Cour des Consuls is part of the package experience. Venue access for the ceremony itself is included in the package price; accommodation and any food/drink beyond the included champagne toast are booked separately by the couple directly with the hotel. Civil/legal officiant services and bilingual celebrants are available as add-ons on request.
