If you’re planning to complete a legal marriage for your wedding in Vietnam, you can visit the Ward Committee in Ninh Binh or Hanoi City. The local staff will guide you through the next steps of the process. You may need to provide the following documents for your boho wedding:
A driver’s license or other valid identification
Social Security card or Social Security number
Birth certificate
Affidavit with proof of residence
Passport or green card (for non-U.S. citizens)
Blood test results (note – not required in all cases)
Divorce decree (if previously married)
