About Our Elopement Packages

Local area - Sustainability Policy

  • All packages are created by a local vendor, who in most cases is a photographer, sometimes a planner.
  • We only work with high quality local experts.
  • Only locals can really know the place inside and out and provide you with the best experience.
  • We believe, there are talented, high quality elopement professionals in every corner of the world & we want to see local businesses thriving.
  • We think, this is sustainable - not having photographers or planners fly around the globe to places they have never been to.

Planning and help with other vendors/travel/accommodation

One activity (hike, boatride etc.)

Minimum 4 hour photographic coverage

Symbolic ceremony/vow exchange

Extra Services

Some packages include a celebrant, and even a flower bouquet. It depends on vendor. You can always see what is included in the “what is included” section of each package.

You can customize most packages to your needs by adding predefined extra services like:

  • Flower bouquet
  • Hair and Make up Styling
  • Extra hours of photography
  • Celebrant
  • Photo book
  • and many more

Even if something is not listed as a predefined add-on, most local vendors can help you get contacts or arrange it. For example, recommending a dinner place for two after your elopement, or finding a suitable videographer. Just ask the vendor about these things in the chat to get clarity.

Request your date directly for the package you like. This is no commitment at this stage. You can also chat with the local vendor to discuss important details.

After your vendor confirms, you have 3 days to complete your booking by paying a 15% deposit.

Have a call with your local vendor and start planning your elopement.

FAQs

Why do you have 21-day money-back policy?

  • We are aware how important your elopement day is for you, and we want to make sure you have an amazing experience.
  • We do aim to have every detail clear about our packages, but every elopement is unique. You will have to discuss some elements directly with your local vendor via chat. 
  • You have the possibility to talk on a videocall with your vendor personally only after booking your package. We know that this can be challenging and would like for you to have a call with them right after your booking is complete, to feel the chemistry between you.
  • This is why we give you a 21-day money-back policy. After booking your package, you will have enough time to have a call with your local vendor and discuss important details in order to feel confident they will create your dream elopement.
  • The money back guarantee does NOT apply to last minute bookings (6 weeks or less ahead of your elopement).

What about Legal Marriage?

  • As for legal marriage & paperwork, our packages typically include only a symbolic ceremony. The vow exchanges can happen in remote locations. This makes it complicated - if not impossible - for the officiant to get there. Most countries do not even allow foreigners to marry legally (unless you live there). Even if they do, it can take several months of complicated paperwork in most cases
  • We usually advise our couples to get their legal marriage done in their home country, and enjoy a symbolic and personally meaningful ceremony without limits on their elopement.
  • Some of our packages feature a symbolic celebrant as an extra service. This type of celebrant will come to your location and perform a symbolic ceremony with you, but this is usually not legally binding
